Krewe of Boo, October 22!

Monster fun will be had at the city’s official Halloween parade, Krewe of Boo in the Boo Carré (of course). The event will roll at 6:30 p.m., featuring scary-cool floats from Kern Studios, the premier float building organization in America. Dracula, the werewolf, Frankenstein…they’ll all be there. Come catch candy, beads, stuffed Halloween-themed toys and more! Put on your costume and yell “Throw me something, Monsta!” For parade route info and more information, go to www.kreweofboo.com

Halloween Fest at The Riverwalk Outlets, Oct. 23

Grab your little vampires and princesses and head to The Riverwalk Outlet's First Annual Halloween Fest from 4-8 p.m. The fun will include trick-or-treatings, Halloween-themed activities and entertainment, and an outdoor movie screening of “Hocus Pocus." There will be complimentary popcorn and cotton candy (while supplies last), plus local vendors will be offering food for purchase throughout the night.

Boo at the Zoo, Oct. 21, 22 & 23

For years, Boo at the Zoo at the Audubon Zoo has been the highlight of the Halloween season in New Orleans. Take a ride on the Ghost Train. Enter a haunted house – if you dare. And let your little human animals go trick-or-treating.

Ghosts in the Oaks, Oct. 20-23

Trick-or-treating, arts & crafts, a pumpkin patch and hot-dog roasting around the campfire awaits at this fundraiser for City Park. Children under 36 months are admitted free of charge.
