YOU NEED SIX FEET TO TRICK OR TREAT.

Spiders and scorpions and roaches, oh, my! Everybody knows about Boo at the Zoo, but Audubon Institute also hosts Crawloween, downtown at the Audubon Butterfly Garden and Insectarium, October 29 and 30. What better time of year to get up close and personal with spiders, scorpions and roaches?

You can go trick-or-treating for bug-themed trinkets. Learn the truth behind the myths about our creepy crawly friends. Get your fill of Halloween-themed cookies in Bug Appètit. And enter the “Guess How May Maggots are in the Jar” Contest. Plus, you get a discount on admission if you're  in a Halloween costume.
